Gratis patroon: Springtime/ Free pattern: Springtime

Ik ben sinds kort lid van de ravelry groep Stash Knit Down 2008, met als doel om nou eindelijk eens iets te doen aan mijn voorraad;-) De eerste stap heb ik gezet door voor de breidoos van diana (van het breiprikbord) een volle doos te sturen van niet geliefd garen, fijn dat anderen er wel nog iets mee doen! Dus hier een makkelijk patroon waarmee je in een avond 6 bollen opbreid :-)

On Ravelry there is a group I've joined; The Stash Knit Down 2008. My goal is to finally do something about my stash. I took the first step and donated a full box of unloved yarn to send to a woman, who is going to organize a swapbox (take one out, put one in and send it to the next on the list) For obvious reasons I’m not participating in the swap, but thought it would be a great way to have my unloved yarn get some love. Almost in tears to say goodby…..lol
So here's a pattern for you, it's easy and you decrease your stash in one evening with 980 yards :-)

Nieuwe foto's / New pics

Gisteren was het zo'n mooi weer, dat we 's middags zijn gaan wandelen op een klein stukje hei achter stiphout midden in de bossen. Dat is zo'n mooi plekje, het is een wandeling van ongeveer een uur om er omheen te lopen. En het is echt een van onze favoriete plekjes in de buurt.

Nou zeg ik wel wandelen, maar de kinderen hadden katapulten gekocht op vakantie, en wilde die natuurlijk uitproberen. Ik wilde graag gebruik maken van de mooie omgeving en het mooie licht. Dus ik had een hele tas met sjaals meegenomen en mijn fototoestel. Terwijl Alphons samen met de kinderen en de hond denneappels aan het wegschieten was (voor de hond een stok) was ik in de weer met sjaals in een boom hangen en te proberen om een beetje mooie foto's te maken. Ik zou zeggen oordeel zelf!

It was such beautifull weather yesterday that we went to one of the most lovely places just on the other side of Helmond in Stiphout. It's a piece of heather in the middle of the forrest. It's our favorite spot to walk. It's about one hour around the heather. Well I mentioned walking but we didn't walk, the kids bought some slingshotson our holliday, and they were really agitated to try them out. I on the other hand wanted to make good use of a beautifull environment and gorgeous light. So I brought a bag full af scarfs and my camera. While Alphons and the kids were shooting some pine cones (branch of a tree for the dog), I was very busy o hang some scarfs in a tree and trying to make some good pics. But you can be the judge on that!
