Candria is speccially designed for a workshop true lace. The shawl is worked from the neck down and the border is later knitted on.

Materials
Yarn: MC: 228 yrds/210 m CC: 174 yrds/160 m in fingering weight Sample is made in Kidsilk Haze from Rowan.
Needles: US5/3.75mm circular of length 80 cm/ 32 inch or other size to obtain gauge.
Stitch markers.

Gauge
19 sts and 22 rows = 4 in /10 cm in pattern stitch, after blocking.

Sizes
Directions are given for 1 size
120 cm / 47.2 inch wide and 60 cm /23.6 in long at center.

Notes

• To enlarge the body keep repeating rows 1-8 of chart B. To complete 1 flower pattern you’ll need 0.47 gr (that’s aprox. 4m/4.5 yrd)
  Calculation: Number of flowers multiplied by 0.47= total grams you’ll need. Keep in mind that you also need some yarn for the ending
• For the border: for every 6 sts of the body you’ll make 1 repeat of the border pattern. For 1 repeat you’ll need 0.35 gr (that’s aprox. 3m/3.25 yrd)
  Calculation: total sts devided by 6, then multiplied by 0.35 = total grams you’ll need.

Patroon ajour bolero / Pattern lace bolero

De afgelopen dagen hard gewerkt, maandag naar de beurs in arnhem geweest en weer wat leuke zomergarens besteld bij Lammy Yarns. Het is altijd super leuk om naar de beurs te gaan. Een dagje zonder kinderen en samen met Diana en ons mam was het erg gezellig. Lang leve de telefoon zodat we elkaar konden bellen als we elkaar weer kwijt waren. En dat gebeurde regelmatig. LOL .

Ik heb ook weer een aantal patronen af de nederlandse beschrijving en de Engelse vertaling van de Ajourbolero is af. Ook af is het patroon van het gehaakte rokje. Ik ga ze nog apart listen voor degene die meer wil weten of die ze wil kopen. Morgen ga ik het gratis patroon schrijven van het zomertopje Tijd om te breien (en kijken naar NCIS)

I have been working very hard the last few days. monday I went to a fair only for retailers, and as always, it's so much fun. I went with Diana and my mom. TG for cellphones, we used them often cause we were constantly looking for eachother, so easy to just call; where the H are you? LOL I also finished some patterns in English and Dutch The Lace Bolero and The crochet skirt. I will post them seperatly for anyone who wants to now more or buy them.Tomorrow I'll start writing on the free pattern of the summertop.

Verbetering van mijn Etsy shop / Improving my Etsy shop

En voor je het weet zijn er alweer 4 dagen voorbij. Mijn opdracht is af en opgehaald, ik ben bezig met 4 verschillende patronen te schrijven, en ik moet toegeven da's niet zo handig. Verder ben ik bezig geweest om een aantal listings in mijn Etsy shop te verbeteren en dat is volgens mij wel gelukt Eerst alle voorbladen van mijn patronen hetzelfde gemaakt en daarna alles uitgeprint en gelamineerd en samen met de wol gefotografeerd voor de breipaketten. Nu is het tenminste duidelijk in mijn shop wanneer je een patroon koopt of een breipakket of een kant en klaar produkt

And before you know it it's 4 days since I posted the last time. I finished my custom order, and I'm writing 4 patterns at the same time. I have to admit that's not the brightest thing I've ever done. The rest of the time I spend on improving my Etsy shop, and I think I did a great job.

I first made all of my first pages in the same frame, then I printed everything and laminated them. I took some pics with the pattern and the yarn for the knitting kits. Now it's clear when your are buying a pattern, a knitting kit or a finished item
